Tim is a North Carolina native. He grew up in Greensboro and attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UNC-Greensboro. After graduation, Tim began a career in banking. Through experience in this field, Tim gained extensive knowledge in mortgage lending, real estate, and personal finance.

Tim moved to Wilmington, NC in 1990. This is where he raised his son and became an active member of the local community. He has served in a variety of community organizations including Fellowship of Christian Athletes and The Big Buddy Program. Tim enjoys staying active through tennis, golf, boating, and fishing. He values visits with his son, who is currently attending Appalachian State University.

Tim has resided in Wilmington for 30 years. He understands the value of being knowledgeable about the local community, business trends, and the way houses sell in Wilmington.
