Shari is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Wilmington, North Carolina. She is an award-winning Broker and has been passionate about real estate since 1989.

Shari proudly achieved distinction as a Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, Honor Society, and received designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).  She also served on the Board of Directors for Cape Fear Realtors and the Finance Committee.

My Education & Experience

Shari graduated from Texas Tech University and earned her BA in Advertising with an emphasis in Marketing. In 1986, Shari opened a Custom Home Building business in Atlanta Georgia. Within a few years of opening her construction business, she also obtained her Georgia Real Estate License. Shari’s marketing education, construction knowledge and competitive negotiating skills helped her achieve millions of dollars in real estate transactions. In 2008, Shari and her husband moved to Wilmington, North Carolina.
