Patrick is a lucky man, nestled in historic downtown Wilmington with his wife Nicki and kids (Oliver and Truman the cats, and Reagan the red golden retriever). He’s lived in and visited roughly 50 countries, managing relief programs for natural and man-made disasters, so the fact that he’s chosen one place to call home shows how special Wilmington is.

When it comes to Real Estate, Patrick didn’t have a choice on whether or not to be involved; his father is a real estate attorney in Boone, his oldest brother owns 100s of units, and his middle brother flips houses for a living, while currently developing a 200 home subdivision. Patrick himself owns investment properties, and is usually found crawling around a crawlspace to make sure the bones are good. He’s also experienced in renovating homes, so you can feel comfortable buying a run down investment property or a mansion by the beach – he’ll do his best to ensure it’s a great investment for you.
