As a full-time REALTOR since 2003, CB has grown and evolved with the Wilmington real estate market. His consultation-based approach ensures that his customers and clients receive all the information they need to make fully informed decisions about real estate matters. After graduating from the US Naval Academy, CB spent five years on active duty in the US Marine Corps, and regularly puts his leadership skills and training to work for the benefit of the local community. In addition to serving on the Professional Development Committee of Cape Fear REALTORS, CB serves as the Operations Manager of the Cucalorus Festival, which has been recognized for the last three years by MovieMaker magazine as “One of the Coolest Film Festivals in the World.” In his spare time, CB enjoys playing guitar, songwriting, cooking, and empowering other humans through the Your Square Meter Project.
