Megan Hudock is a native of Hickory, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University and holds a degree in communications. After moving to Wilmington in early 2015, she and her husband decided it was the perfect place to call home and planted roots.

Over the years since graduating she has pursued a career in marketing and project management which eventually led her to The Property Shop. Her passion for this field of work complemented her role as the Office Manager and allowed her to apply these skills to the real estate industry. Megan now resides in Salt Lake City, Utah and serves as a Referring Broker on our team!
