Sonya is a native of Wilmington. She has been in the real estate business since 2002. Like her hometown, she has seen a lot of changes. Through it all, she has assisted her clients through the transaction process, start to finish and then some. With expertise, professionalism and knowledge, being there for her clients is priority. Helping them find the right property to make their home is one of the most rewarding, best jobs ever. She has also been an educator in real estate. Managed, owned and operated real estate companies, helping others in their real estate endeavors. Through the years, she has earned her GRI – Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and the reputable designation of CRS – Certified Residential Specialist.
As she continues to grow in her real estate profession, she also grows in her ministry calling as well. She became a licensed ordained minister in 2020. Performing wedding ceremonies, preaching, teaching and encouraging others in their faith, is a passion.
In her spare time, Sonya enjoys her family. Her husband, Alan and their 2 Australian Terriers, Max(Maximus) and Gabby (Gabriella). Together, Sonya and her husband Alan, have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
