Office Manager

The Property Shop International Realty is a busy real estate firm with team-oriented values and a friendly atmosphere.  We are seeking an energetic individual, with an interest in real estate to fill a long-term Office Manager Position. An ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, multi-tasker with both real estate and marketing knowledge.

Desired Experience

  • Office Management Experience
  • Marketing Experience
  • Real Estate background a plus

Qualifications & Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Social Media Platforms (including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked-In)
  • Create and distribute marketing materials
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher
  • Experience with InDesign and Illustrator a plus
  • Manage invoicing for Appraisal business
  • Keep detailed records of transactions and billing
  • Assist and support agents
  • Operate Multi-line phone system
  • Administrative tasks
  • Scheduling
