We are seeking an energetic individual, with an interest in real estate to fill a long-term Office Manager Position. An ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, multi-tasker with both real estate and marketing knowledge.
- Office Management Experience
- Marketing Experience
- Real Estate background a plus
Qualifications & Job Responsibilities
- Manage Social Media Platforms (including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked-In)
- Create and distribute marketing materials
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher
- Experience with InDesign and Illustrator a plus
- Manage invoicing for Appraisal business
- Keep detailed records of transactions and billing
- Assist and support agents
- Operate Multi-line phone system
- Administrative tasks
