Danica Fletcher

Danica Fletcher is a Native Carolinian, she grew up in Archdale, NC on a horse farm, where she developed a deep love for all animals.  For a short time, she lived in Darlington, SC during which she graduated high school. After high school she attended college in Greensboro, NC graduating magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a B.A. in Geography concentrating in Urban Planning.

After college, Danica’s extensive work in the insurance industry brought her to beautiful Wilmington, NC where she fell in love with the vibrant culture, focus on healthy living, and the music scene.  While working in the clinical research organization industry, she longed for the client contact from insurance.  She decided to pair her knowledge for Urban Planning with client contact and satisfaction to create a successful career in real estate.

Danica enjoys working in all aspects of residential real estate from helping first time home buyers find that perfect first home to listing residential property for seasoned clients. Her exceptional interpersonal skills and focus on organization make real estate transactions less stressful and more fun. She encourages questions and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

When Danica isn’t working hard for her clients she is enjoying her personal interests; her children, organic gardening, reading, biking, yoga, brewing homemade kombucha and water kefir, football, cooking, and music. She is a singer/percussionist in two local music projects. Her duo is called the Cassiopeia Duo and she is also the front woman for the Uncle Hairy Band. Come check out a show!
